My husband, Stephan, and I both worked as side-hustling entrepreneurs cramming our passion projects in after the kids went to bed or on the weekend. Eventually, (after 10,000 cups of coffee and a lot of tears) both of us transitioned from side-hustlers to full-time, work-at-home entrepreneurs. Working for yourself is a gigantic blessing, but it isn’t without challenges. We both found ourselves feeling like we were always working, resentful, guilty, and burnt out at the end of the day. Then, I discovered the power of boundary setting. The more I talked to fellow entrepreneurs at all stages of their businesses and passion projects, the more I realized that boundary setting was a common thing that every single entrepreneur struggles with and needs.
