Today was the official start of the morning routine. I’ve been more grounded, resilient, and productive than any other weekday this quarantine. My son was bouncing off the walls today really disregulated. I repeated my mantras, reviewed my journal/todo list, changed gears to spend the afternoon working outside and powered through.
